Stock designs can save clients many months of lost time to market since the bulk of the development is completed. This can translate into increased sales revenues by reaching the market faster, and reduce your risk with proven, mass production ready designs. These designs are usually minimally changed to match the clients current product styling, dimensions, and feature set.

We also specialize in designs using AKM Semiconductor DACs, ADCs, CODECs, USB, and Sample Rate Convereters.

Stock designs listed below typically only require a power source and/or enclosure to complete the product. PCB, software and testing is complete.

16 Channel Power Amplifier ( 1,280 Watts RMS total )

High Performance

The MCA89 is a 16 channel power amplifier designed to meet the demands of custom installers who need more power , features and reliability. Each of the 16 channels are capable of delivering 80WRMS/CH. The MCA89 utilizes the latest technical advancements to produce reliable , clean power for today’s demanding applications.

Control of all functions of the MCA89 are via RS232 interface, with USB update of all firmware. Each unit is uniquely addressable.

Audio Inputs ( 9 stereo inputs total )
9 stereo Audio channels with individual input level trim. RS232 controlled 8 audio zone outputs with individual volume, bass, treble and 3 band EQ.

8 Zone Stereo Audio Preamp and Video Switcher

The SWAV-8 features eight analog stereo audio/composite video zone outputs and eight analog stereo audio/composite video source inputs.

The A8 can be expanded into a minimum of 64 zones by cascading multiple units together ( 8 units ) .
All analog audio inputs allow independent multi-band equalization for each zone.

All analog audio inputs have independent rear panel input gain control, and all zone audio outputs have independent digital volume, bass, treble, 3-band EQ control via RS-232 control.

6 Zone Component and Composite Video Switcher

The SWVC-6 provides the ability to switch six component video and 6 composite video (or digital audio) sources to six different zones.
It also provides six CAT5 output ports which provide the ability to distribute component video and digital audio over CAT5 up to 1,000 ft. Compatible with most standard component video/SPDIF over CAT5 receivers, including our CAT5-RX
By cascading multiple units together, you can connect up to 36 zones. In addition,  the SWVC-6 provides status feedback via two-way communication.
Signal sensing on all inputs for communicating status to control systems.

Component Video and S/PDIF over CAT5 Receiver

The CAT5-RX provides video/audio over CAT5 reception at distances of up to 1,000ft. The outputs provide the ability to distribute component video and digital audio over CAT5. While the on-board S/PDIF to analog stereo audio converter supplies stereo analog audio.
